Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

Web My Money ("WebMyMoney," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, funnels, forms, and services.

By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business details, and any message content you submit through our forms, booking tools, or communications.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages visited, and usage activity gathered through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and analytics tools.
  • Information from third parties: data we may receive from advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest) when you interact with our ads or content.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Send you appointment confirmations, updates, and information about our services.
  • Send you marketing communications where you have consented to receive them.
  • Measure and improve the performance of our website, funnels, and advertising.
  • Create de-identified and aggregated data, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for analytics, benchmarking, and improving our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence

We use automated tools and artificial intelligence (AI) services to operate and improve our services. This includes drafting and personalizing communications, transcribing and summarizing calls and messages, segmenting and prioritizing leads, and analyzing campaign performance.

When we use these tools, the information you submit (such as your name, contact details, and message content) and recordings or transcripts of calls with us may be processed by trusted AI and transcription providers acting on our behalf. These providers are contractually limited in how they may use your information and are expected to handle it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing without human involvement. If this changes, we will update this Policy and offer any choices required by law.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number and opt in through one of our forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from WebMyMoney related to your inquiry, appointments, account, and—where you have agreed—marketing or promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the site functions.

Advertising, Measurement, and Conversion Tracking

To measure advertising performance and improve targeting, we and our advertising partners use cookies, pixels, and server-side tools (including the Meta Conversions API and Google Ads API). As part of this, we may share limited identifiers in hashed (pseudonymized) form, such as a hashed email address, phone number, or IP address, with advertising platforms (including Meta and Google) so they can match conversions and optimize campaigns.

Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," even though we do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of this sharing for advertising purposes, contact us using the details below and we will suppress your information from this activity.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

We rely on trusted third-party platforms to deliver our services, including customer relationship management (GoHighLevel), advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest), artificial intelligence and language-model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) used to draft, summarize, analyze, and improve communications and content, meeting and call transcription providers (such as Fireflies), email and messaging providers, and payment processors. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. As described in the Advertising, Measurement, and Conversion Tracking section above, we may share limited hashed identifiers with advertising platforms, which some laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising. Otherwise, we share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, when required by law or to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data We Process on Behalf of Clients

When we provide services to business clients, we may process personal information about the client's own customers and prospects on the client's behalf. In those cases, the client is the data controller and WebMyMoney acts as a service provider or data processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that governs how that information is handled, secured, and deleted.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, opt out of advertising-related sharing as described in the Advertising, Measurement, and Conversion Tracking section, and contact us at any time using the details below. Residents of certain regions have additional rights described below.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know and access the personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
